As we gather at the Holiday Inn – Rushmore Plaza in Rapid City for our Annual Summit this week, we invite you to participate in any (or all) of our fundraising activities that will be taking place alongside the other important meetings and events! These activities support the Dakota Credit Union Foundation and the Dakota GAC Committees, and the important work they do in advocating and promoting credit unions across the Dakotas.
Dakota Credit Union Foundation Wine Pull
Purchase a ticket for $25 and then select one (1) bottle of wine from a random selection of red and white varieties valued between $15 and $50 (or more!) Each ticketholder not only receives one bottle of wine, but a chance to win one of TWO grand prizes: Wine gift baskets valued at $100 and $150! Tickets will be sold at the DakCU Summit registration table throughout the day on Tuesday, May 10. Only 100 tickets will be sold; ticketholders may exchange their ticket for their bottle of wine during the social hour prior to the Awards Banquet on Wednesday evening. Grand Prize drawings will be held immediately following the awards ceremony.
Dakota Credit Union Foundation 50/50 Raffle
This prize drawing will take place on Tuesday evening during the Vendor Social. Purchase one ticket (1) for $5 or five tickets (5) for $20 at the DakCU Summit registration table anytime prior to the Vendor Social on May 10th. One cash prize will be awarded in a random drawing, and the winner will receive half of the total ticket sales, with the other half going to the Dakota Credit Union Foundation.
Silent Auction – Online!
Once again, our Roger Heacock Hike the Hill Scholarship Fundraiser will be conducted on a virtual platform, so even if you are not attending the Summit in person this year, you can still support this important event! Simply CLICK HERE to register and enter your payment source.
Bidding will open on Tuesday, May 10th at 5:00 p.m. MT and auction action ends May 11th at 8:00 p.m. MT. Winners will automatically be notified through the ClickBid site. Please note: To participate in the auction or raffle, all bidders must be an employee or volunteer of a DakCU affiliated credit union and must be 21 years of age or older to win items which include alcohol. Individuals need not be present to win, however, any winner not present will be responsible for making arrangements for delivery of item and responsible for any shipping/mailing charges.
