Credit Union Sales Intensive Training

Experience the three-day live online workshop that will transform the way you train employees to sell at your credit union—and amplify product penetration. In order to see consistent sales results at your credit union you need THREE things:
  1. Competent sales training built for your credit union.
  2. Employees empowered with the sales mindset, processes and skills needed to sell.
  3. And leaders with the expertise to coach and mentor their sales teams to peak performance.
​The Credit Union Intensive Workshop, through Sales CU, will train your staff to get consistent sales results.

​Who should attend?
  • 2-day Frontline Workshop: Any employee that opens new accounts, processes loans, or any employee that trains in these functions.
  • 3-day Leadership Workshop: All senior leaders and leaders of a branch, lending or contact center.

Program Outline:
The Credit Union Sales Intensive Workshop is either a 2-day event for frontline employees or a 3-day event for leaders that provides what your team needs to lead and execute a sales initiative at your credit union.  This workshop is presented in five hour daily sessions and offered in two day or three day programs to match your training needs.
  • Two day training covers Sales Mindset & Advanced Sales Processes and Skills
    • Lender Sale Success Workshop: $499/DakCU member (regularly priced $799)
      ​*The Lender Sales Workshop is the first 2 days only of the 3-day Intensive Workshop.
  • Three day training includes Transformational Leadership for Sales coaches
    • Sales Intensive Workshop: $749/DakCU member (regularly priced $1199)
Daily Schedule: 10:30 am – 3:00 pm (central time) with a two hour morning session, 30-minute lunch break, and a two hour afternoon session.

  • August 26-28

This event is conducted virtually on Zoom. To make this workshop as effective as possible in a virtual environment, all participants will be asked to join from a computer with permissions to join a Zoom Meeting, a camera, speakers, and microphone.
