“The Summit” is part of our credit union vernacular here in our region. For the past 16 consecutive years, your Dakota Credit Union Association has used “Summit” to describe our signature event and the largest annual gathering of Dakota credit unions.
Feedback from previous attendees is weighed heavily each year; and attendees this year will be very pleased with the newly revised format. Based on your input, the 2024 Summit will encompass three days, with simultaneously running activities to better suit a variety of interests, and more networking and free time built in so you can recharge and unwind!
This year’s event also provides an opportunity for a destination mini vacation; the beautiful location and venue brings to mind the famous movie line, “Is this heaven? Nope, it’s Iowa!” But don’t worry, the Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort in Larchwood is just a short 13-mile jaunt from Sioux Falls and less than 25 minutes from Sioux Falls Regional Airport.
The Annual Summit has something for EVERYONE interested in expanding their industry skills and knowledge. You do not want to miss the incredible lineup of speakers that we have engaged for you, with areas of expertise ranging from credit union economics, volunteer/board of directors training, to marketing and leadership development!
NEW this year is an exclusive “Small Credit Union only” pre-conference session. PLUS, we will celebrate our Dakota credit union achievements during the elegant awards banquet and conduct our annual business meeting. We guarantee you will leave feeling inspired, energized, and excited about the credit union movement!
