Todd, founder and CEO of Cetnar Consulting Group, has 25+ years of experience leading strategic growth with prominent pharmaceutical and medical device companies and sports teams across the globe.
Todd is a former professional basketball player and 3x Hall-of-Famer who played throughout Europe. As a corporate executive, Todd combined the skill sets learned in both arenas to formulate the framework called the 3 Pillars Of Elite Results.
Todd travels globally to help corporate executives, organizations, coaches and sports teams reach the highest level in their career or sport by mastering an elite mindset, elite leadership skills and building an elite culture.

​Steve Rick​
Chief Economist • TruStage
Steven Rick is director and chief economist at TruStageTM. His primary responsibilities include conducting strategic research, analysis and forecasting of the financial services industry, with special emphasis on the consumer and credit union markets.
Rick’s forecasts serve as a starting point for the strategic planning process and help to create a clear understanding of the underlying trends and links between the general economy, the financial services industry, and the company’s policy owners.
Rick publishes the Credit Union Trends Report, a monthly “pulse check” on the economic state of the credit union movement. He has authored a textbook on asset-liability management for credit union executives.
Before joining the company, Rick was the senior economist for CUNA & Affiliates’ economics and statistics department for 22 years. Rick also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University of Wisconsin Credit Union, a $5 billion financial institution.
Rick holds a senior lecturer position with the economics department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he teaches money and banking, and macroeconomics courses. He is also the facilitator and instructor for CUNA Management School’s Stanford Bank Game, a computerized bank simulation, and has two years’ experience as a bank simulation advisor for the Prochnow Graduate School of Banking. Rick has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Moorhead State University, a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Moorhead State University, and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also obtained a Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Taylor Murray​
President/CEO • ServiStar Consulting
Taylor Murray is an experienced leader with over 25 years in the credit union industry. Since 2021, he has served as CEO of ServiStar Consulting, where he focuses on leadership and team development, improving sales and service cultures for credit unions across the US and Canada.
Before ServiStar, Taylor held key leadership roles at Baxter Credit Union (IL), Affinity Plus (MN) and Radiant Credit Union (FL). He has successfully led teams in sales, service, contact centers, business development and branch operations, with a focus on member-centric cultures, employee engagement and leadership development. Taylor holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a BA from Columbia College and is a graduate of the CUES CEO Institute. He was recognized as a Credit Union Rock Star in 2020.

Julie Cayse​
Director, Western Region • NCUA
Julie Cayse is the Regional Director for the NCUA’s Western Region. As Regional Director, she oversees the examination and supervision of federally insured credit unions in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Prior to her appointment as Regional Director, Ms. Cayse served as the Western Region’s Associate Regional Director of Operations. Within the NCUA, she has also held positions as the Director of Risk Management in the Office of Examination & Insurance, Director of Supervision, Supervisory Examiner, Supervision Analyst, and Principal Examiner. Prior to joining the agency, she spent several years working in financial services in the private sector.
Ms. Cayse graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with degrees in economics and management. She also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ms. Cayse is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at The Graduate School in Washington, D.C., and the NCUA’s Executive Training Program.

Jeff Rendel
President • Rising Above Enterprises​
Jeff Rendel, Certified Speaking Professional, knows financial services. With experience as a federal banking regulator, financial services executive, and Congressional lobbyist; he understands the balancing act of safety, soundness, sales, and strategy.
As President of Rising Above Enterprises, Jeff works with financial services providers that want entrepreneurial results in sales, service, and strategy. Each year, he addresses, advises, and facilitates for nearly 100 financial institutions and their business partners. As a federal banking regulator with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Jeff examined a wide array of the nation’s banks and partnered with all levels of executive management. As a financial services executive, he oversaw the strategic operations of a community bank, directing corporate initiatives and helping guide the bank to record growth, market share, and financial results. As a chief lobbyist to Congress, he represented financial institutions, serving as a first and main resource to Members of Congress as they sought to understand the implications of legislation for financial services.
A highly sought after and accomplished speaker; he is a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and has earned the NSA’s Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. Fewer than two percent of the world’s speakers hold this achievement.

Catie McDonald
McDonald Consulting, LLC​
Catie McDonald is a strategic leader and facilitator passionate about the credit union movement. She excels at asking the right questions, aligning stakeholders, and making strategy sessions engaging and productive. Her credit union career spans TruStage, America's Credit Unions, the National Credit Union Foundation, and serving on her local credit union board. Based on this experience, she just launched McDonald Consulting, LLC - a firm designed to listen to credit unions and build unique, bespoke solutions for their strategy and beyond.  This allows her to continue to work closely with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to bring clarity to vision, execution to strategy, and action to results.
 Beyond her professional work, Catie is based in Madison, Wisconsin, and is deeply involved in her community, having served on the Madison Board of Park Commissioners, Madison Parks Foundation, and in leadership positions within her neighborhood association. She has a strong track record of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and promoting financial well-being within credit unions and her community. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, and hosting gatherings that bring people together.

Crystal Streeper is a seasoned financial industry professional with nearly two decades of experience serving credit unions in a variety of operational and leadership roles. Her background spans lending, compliance, operations, and comprehensive staff training—giving her a 360° perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s credit unions.
As the lead of Compliance Services at Viclarity, Crystal partners with affiliated leagues and credit unions nationwide to deliver strategic compliance guidance, risk management support, and practical solutions tailored to each institution’s needs. She is known for her collaborative approach, ability to break down complex regulatory requirements, and commitment to strengthening credit union oversight and readiness. Crystal’s deep industry knowledge and frontline experience make her a trusted resource and an advocate for empowering credit unions to stay compliant, resilient, and member-focused.

Jon Waldman​
President and Co-founder • SBS CyberSecurity/SBS Institute
Jon Waldman is a co-founder and President of SBS CyberSecurity and the SBS Institute. Over the past 20 years, Jon has helped hundreds of organizations identify and understand cybersecurity risks to allow them to make better and more informed business decisions. Jon is incredibly passionate about cybersecurity training and education, which lead him to be a driving force in the development of the SBS Institute. The Institute is uniquely designed to serve the banking industry by providing industry specific cyber education. It has grown to include ten certification courses and holds State Association partnerships in over 30 states.
Jon maintains his CISA, CRISC, and CDPSE certifications. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and his Master of Science in Information Assurance with an emphasis in Banking and Finance Security from Dakota State University, a Center of Academic Excellence in
Information Assurance Education designated by the NSA. Along with being an instructor for SBS Institute courses, Jon frequently speaks on cybersecurity topics at a variety of events and trainings across the country. Additionally, he is a blog author, has had multiple articles published, and regularly hosts educational webinars. Jon strongly believes the more knowledgeable and educated we all are - Directors, employees, and customers alike - when it comes to cybersecurity, the more risk we reduce as a whole.

Clark Dumas is a Director with Visa Consulting & Analytics, where he focuses on money movement strategy and emerging payment technologies. He brings more than a decade of experience across payments, consulting, and fintech, including leadership roles spanning Visa, Trustly, and Accenture. At Visa, Clark has led thought leadership and advisory efforts on the practical implications of stablecoins, helping financial institutions and businesses understand how digital currencies can fit within regulated payment ecosystems. He is a frequent contributor on topics including real time payments, open banking, and the future of money movement.

Greg Lenihan is a Product Specialist at Rippleshot with a focus on card fraud and decision rule writing. For over a decade, he has specialized in fraud prevention within the financial services industry including extensive experience at a large processor, leading technical teams to improve and maintain multiple rule engines.
