Is Your Credit Union Positively Affecting Your Community?

​DakCU will be honoring one credit union with the
CU Social Good Award and nominations are now open! Submit your applications by December 17.  

                               CU Social Good Award
“Commitment to Community” is Cooperative Principle #6. The Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) CU Social Good Award recognizes one credit union in each of the three asset size categories for activities that have made a significant impact in their community through volunteer time, actions, talents and compassionate service. Credit unions being nominated for this award must have consistently demonstrated qualities of compassion and service to either one organization or a variety of volunteer activities in one year.

Some of the criteria that will be considered for this award include:

• Demonstrated significant contribution and impact on the community
• Displayed commitment to work cooperatively with community partners
• Exemplify the credit union philosophy of “people helping people”
• Number of volunteer hours by credit union staff

All entries must be received no later than December 17, 2021 and may be mailed to 2005 N Kavaney Drive, Suite 201 Bismarck, or submitted electronically to Deb Kruckenberg.
 
The DakCU Awards will be presented in Rapid City, South Dakota during the elegant Awards Banquet at the Annual Summit being held May 10 – 11, 2022.
