Libby Calderone noted, “We are committed to providing credit unions with the resources and expertise necessary to thrive in today’s competitive financial landscape. This award reinforces our commitment to that mission.” Envisant, previously known as LSC, has been helping credit unions since 1969 with best-in-class customer service, forward-thinking product strategy, and a cooperative spirit born in the credit union movement. As a longtime trusted strategic partner, Envisant has helped many Dakota credit unions to establish, revamp, and grow their card programs. In addition, they have proven to be a valuable partner in many ways for the entire credit union movement. “Our members’ success with Envisant has been evident by the continued growth in both card services and member satisfaction,” stated George McDonald, DakCU’s Chief Officer of Strategic Services. “Not only are they willing to guide credit unions through the card program transition process, helping them to realize both cost savings and greater administration efficiency, but they have proven to be an invaluable resource in many areas, especially with their assistance and focus on small credit unions,” he added.
