BHFCU Recognized as Top Workplace

​This credit union was singled out by Energage as a premier work environment across all industries in the Midwest region.   

Rapid City, SD – Employee engagement partner Energage recently awarded Black Hills Federal Credit Union (BHFCU) the 2024 Great Plains Top Workplaces award. The award identifies BHFCU as a premier workplace across all industries in the Midwest region (SD, ND, WY, NE, KS.)

BHFCU asks staff to provide feedback through the Energage Workplace Survey each year. Top Workplaces uses this data to rank organizations nationwide and recognize them for areas in which they excel.

The survey results showed that BHFCU employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute in their roles.
