DakCU members attend the Annual Summit for many reasons. Networking opportunities, reuniting with old friends, and voting at the business meeting are always top of mind, but perhaps the most important reason people travel far and wide to gather at our signature event is to take advantage of the superior learning opportunities and to discuss industry hot topics with peers.

With less than one month to take advantage of the early bird discount, you definitely want to explore these exciting breakout opportunities available at Summit! (Please pay attention to the agenda times/dates as some of these sessions run consecutively with other activities.)

There is no doubt, this year’s event offers valuable knowledge. Besides the exceptional keynote speakers, our breakout sessions cover a wide range of topics you have been asking about!

Leadership and Board Hot Topics for CU Leaders and Boards
Catie McDonald with FarWell will host this interactive session featuring the latest trends, case studies, and best practices related to regulation, succession planning, board recruitment, in addition to those on the horizon – AI, Fin Tech, and Gen Z. This is the perfect opportunity for c-suite and board members to work together on the issues and opportunities facing Dakota credit unions.

Helping Teams Thrive in a VUCA World
An environment of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) is becoming more prevalent in the business world. To help lead teams through this environment, it is important for leaders to understand behaviors and Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to incorporate to build greater change agility and resilience. This session is also led by Catie McDonald and is intended for all leaders who are sponsoring and guiding others through change.
