Your Summit Checklist!

​A quick reminder of “things to bring” and last minute notes for our signature event in Fargo! We can’t wait to see you! 

As you prepare to head to Fargo next week for Annual Summit Meetings, we have a few last minute reminders for your checklist!

Golf Update. Barring any unforeseen severe weather conditions, golf registration opens at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 9 with a 10:30 a.m. shotgun start. Rose Creek Golf Course is located at 1500 East Rose Creek Pkwy S, Fargo ND 58104. Prizes will be awarded at the Delta Hotel during the social that evening.

Update Your Headshot! Simply get in line at the photo booth during Vendor Showcase hours and have your professional image updated for FREE! Be sure to plan ahead for your wardrobe choice, professional attire in solid colors and layers always photograph well.

Summit Give Back. We are collecting gift cards for Sanford Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. The hospital will disburse to patients’ families undergoing care at their facility to help with incidental expenses. If you care to donate, please bring prepaid cards in $25 increments.

GAC Silent Auction Items. We are asking each credit union to donate items for the silent auction and/or gift card raffle. The funds raised are used to provide financial assistance scholarships to DakCU members from North and South Dakota who attend the CUNA GAC Conference and other meetings, such as Fall Legislative and Regulatory Hike the Hill events.

Vacation Sweepstakes. Make a $25 donation to the Dakota Credit Union Foundation and be entered to win a voucher for a $5,000 dream vacation of your choice! OR, make a $100 donation and you will receive FIVE (5) entries!

Bid at the Silent Auction. The Silent Auction will remain open until approximately 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10. You can see the available items and make your bid here – winners will be automatically notified through the ClickBid app.

Last Minute Breakout Changes. You should have selected your preferred breakout sessions when you entered your registration information. If you wish to make any last minute changes, please contact Paige Langhoff so we can ensure adequate seating for each session.

Exhibitor Showcase. Don’t forget to take advantage of the Vendor Social and Exhibitor Showcase to gather information on many of DakCU’s preferred strategic business partners AND enter to win some truly great prizes!
