Let’s face it. You expect outstanding educational content and informative breakout sessions at every Summit. You also know our annual event is a great way to reconnect with our vendor partners and explore new products and services featured during our vendor showcasae.
But there is no doubt – one of the biggest reasons that many credit union professionals choose to attend our signature event is for the networking and social opportunities the gathering offers. After a full year of virtual meetings, many of us are ready to engage with other three-dimensional people. If you are ready to reconnect, our event provides the perfect opportunity to dust off those golf clubs after the long winter. And, don’t forget to pull out some party clothes too – because we are ready to celebrate! We are kicking off the 2021 Summit with our annual Summit Golf Outing on Monday, May 3. This is an optional activity, but always a very popular and informal way to meet other credit union professionals as well as our vendors and event sponsors. The Rose Creek Public Golf Course features 18 breathtaking holes that will not disappoint. We invite golfers of all skill levels to join in the fun! Monday evening, Jeff Olson, DakCU President/CEO will officially welcome attendees with our Opening Ceremonies, followed by our Exhibitor/Vendor Social with plenty of time to meet up with your business and social acquaintances. Business begins on Tuesday morning with our General Sessions and outstanding Breakout Sessions, wrapping up with our Annual Business Meeting at 4:00 p.m. The grand finale of our two-day event takes place on Tuesday evening with our elegant Awards Banquet when we honor the achievements of our many accomplished credit union professionals, as well as our many individual credit union successes. We will also be recognizing one distinguished individual this year with our most prestigious lifetime achievement award: The Hall of Fame. Yes, there are many reasons to attend this year’s Summit. We have something for EVERYONE interested in developing their industry skills and knowledge and expanding their professional network. From our outstanding educational content to making those important industry contacts, you do not want to miss this year’s event! REMEMBER! If you are a young professional age 35 or under, you can apply to be a Summit Crasher and receive FREE registration! Click here for details but hurry – you must apply by March 31.
