For 15 consecutive years, starting in 2008 when the two state leagues merged, your Dakota Credit Union Association has used “Annual Summit” to describe our signature event and the largest annual gathering of Dakota Credit Unions. While “Summit” has become part of our credit union vernacular here in our region, let’s just take a minute to revisit what the event encompasses!

Merriam-Webster defines Summit as “top, apex, especially the highest point, peak.” Synonyms include conference, important meeting, discussion, dialogue, and consultation.

No doubt, “Annual Summit” is an appropriate name and description!

DakCU’s Annual Summit offers:
