Please join us in welcoming the newest Dakota credit union leader as he moves into his new office in Minot.
The Board of Directors of Town & Country Credit Union (Minot, ND) is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Houle as the credit union’s new President/Chief Executive Officer.

“Brad is the definition of a servant leader,” said DelRae Geinert, Town & Country Credit Union’s Board Chairperson. “He’s the type of person who won’t just tell you to do something, he’ll roll up his sleeves and do it right along with you. I couldn’t be more excited about the future of our credit union with Brad as our next President/CEO.”

Houle is a seasoned executive with nearly 25 years of experience in the credit union industry, including extensive experience in staff and resource management. He previously served as the President & CEO at CAHP Credit Union in Sacramento, CA, where he elevated sales and service, developed his team, built community relationships, improved financial performance and loan growth, and discovered new revenue streams. Under his leadership, CAHP developed a highly effective commercial real estate lending program and in-house wealth management services. He also developed a state-certified financial education program. Prior to that, Houle served as the President & CEO at Forward Financial Credit Union in Niagara, WI and Munising Community Credit Union in Munising, MI.

“It is my absolute honor to become the next President/CEO of Town & Country Credit Union and join in their long tradition of serving North Dakota for the last 83 years,” said Houle. “I look forward to continuing to improve upon their exceptional member service and reinforce the vital role Town & Country plays in the communities they serve for years to come. I also want to thank the Board of Directors for their faith in my leadership and their commitment to the credit union.”

Houle holds a Bachelor’s in International Studies from St. Norbert College, Green Bay, WI. He also earned his Certified Chief Executive designation from the CUES CEO Institute. Houle currently serves on the board of Corporate America Credit Union and serves as Board Treasurer of BALANCE, Consumer Credit Counseling Services of San Francisco (CCCSSF).

Houle officially joined the Town & Country Credit Union team this month and is based in their Minot office. Please join us in welcoming him to the Dakotas; he can be reached at [email protected].

Town & Country Credit Union has been positively impacting the communities they serve for over 80 years. With 11 convenient locations in North Dakota, over 150 employees and a focus on continual growth, they provide meaningful value to their more than 25,000 members every day. As a credit union, they are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of members. Membership in the credit union is open to anyone living within 75 miles of Minot and 50 miles of Fargo or Kenmare. More information can be found at www.townandcountry.org.
