Final deadline is September 22nd. Here’s one last look at our outstanding speakers and topics, plus some remarks from previous attendees!
Giddy up! The absolute deadline to register for DakCU’s New Ideas Conference is Thursday, September 22 so be sure to register TODAY!

Our very special guest speakers this year include:

Sean Raboin from HTG. Sean will demonstrate how traditional ways of delivering financial services are a thing of the past – and how a new approach and the right physical environment can separate you from the competition and enhance relationship building strategies.

Ted Brown with Digital Onboarding. Ted will explain why acquiring a new account is so expensive, and why greeting members with paper welcome kits, direct mail, and phone calls is expensive and ineffective. There has never been a better time for credit unions to double down on driving organic growth, so let’s learn how to turn new and existing members into deep and lasting relationships!

Jack Stahlman, the “Don’t Flinch Guy.” Jack will share how being in the right role within the right team can be the adventure of a lifetime! By weaving in life lessons, thinking outside yourself, and seeing the world through the eyes of others, attendees can gain a new appreciation for decision making at all levels within an organization.

Jay Doan from Black Leg Ranch. To survive and thrive, the Doan family had to diversify and adapt as more members were added – something credit unions can truly relate to! Jay will discuss his firsthand knowledge of the importance of diversifying as well as the concept of regeneration.

Finally, Patrick Metzger from EOS Worldwide will provide you will effective skills to communicate and keep your team involved and informed – and tie that into your organizational goals, strategic planning, internal communications, and more.

Who’s ready to ride ‘em on out? Meet us at the Residence Inn in Bismarck at 2:45 p.m. on October 3rd to catch the free shuttle bus leaving promptly at 3:00 p.m. for Black Leg Ranch. That evening, we will return by bus to the Residence Inn and resume our meetings at the ranch the following morning, October 4th, for a full day – into evening – schedule of presentations and activities. (Of course, you are welcome to drive on your own if you prefer.)
Our special guest and emcee, Chris Lorence from CU Awareness LLC, will kick things off, setting the backdrop for our theme: People – Product – Purpose.

This year’s New Ideas Conference is sure to leave you excited, invigorated, and inspired with new concepts, as well as actionable steps and key takeaways that you can implement at your organization immediately. If you have never attended a New Ideas Conference before, here’s what previous attendees have said:
  • “Breaking out into groups and presenting on a takeaway was a great idea. Thought it was very well-organized with great topics!”
  • “I liked the timeframe as it wasn't so much time out of the office.”
  • “It was truly a great conference with lots of useful information to take back to my credit union!”

Don’t wait any longer – registration closes Thursday, September 22. Let’s saddle up and ride into some NEW IDEAS!
REGISTER NOW!  Just $349 per person.
