Scholarships Available for CUDE Training!

​Attend the National Credit Union Foundation Development Education program with a portion of your tuition paid by the Dakota CU Foundation! 

The Dakota Credit Union Foundation is thrilled to announce that two $2,000 scholarships are now available from the Dakota Credit Union Foundation to attend the National Credit Union Foundation’s Development Education (DE) program! One applicant will be selected from each state, North Dakota and South Dakota. 

PLEASE NOTE! These sessions are limited in size and tend to fill quickly! In fact, the February , June, and September sessions are already SOLD OUT. There are spots available for October – but we strongly urge you to act quickly before they are also sold out.

DE training is delivered in Madison, WI, and during the week-long program, you can expect to be transformed with the culture, strategy, outreach, and impact of the credit union movement! Not to mention, gaining the highly coveted and prestigious CUDE designation!

There is also a virtual option – please pay close attention to the virtual meeting dates/times as it is required to attend all sessions to complete the certification.

The first step is to register, then apply for a Foundation Scholarship here using the fillable PDF application. Choose “Scholarship” and specify Professionals/Leadership Development and DE program under “Additional Info.” 

Cost to attend in-person is $3,799 which includes lodging and most meals; travel expenses are not included. The Foundation scholarship will cover approximately 50 percent of the cost to attend. The virtual registration fee is $2,499 - the scholarship will be adjusted to cover 50 percent of the fee.
