We are looking forward to another great event in Bismarck this year which will kick off at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 25.  This event is the perfect, casual setting to gain an understanding of the pressing topics and opportunities your credit union faces and issues relevant to your credit union.  Expand your professional network and exchange ideas with other credit union professionals throughout the Dakotas on a variety of topics.  The only requirement for attendance is a willingness to ask questions and engage in conversation with others!

Topics submitted for discussion so far include: Best ways to compete against low-rate predatory pricing; Secondary market real estate partners; Payments - staying competitive and managing fraud (Debit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Contactless, Instant Issue, Apple Pay etc); Handling staff training/compliance for Specialized Deposit Accounts (Trusts, Estates, Deceased etc); Data Analytics (Vendors being used, department responsible).
