Postal Family Federal Credit Union in Fargo, ND recently granted scholarships to four high school seniors. The winners were selected based on submitted essays that were reviewed by the credit union’s Scholarship Committee. Their essays answered the question, "What do you consider to be the most important services offered by your credit union, and why?"
Answers ranged from growing their savings accounts and being encouraged by their parents to save money through the years, recollections of attending Pee Wee Penguin events, to checking accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and loans. They also expressed their appreciation for having friendly employees at Postal Family FCU who have assisted them in using credit union services throughout their lives. Awarded $300 each were Levi Swenson and Courtenay Dick; awarded $200 each were Drew Nelson and Patrick Blaschke. Postal Family FCU staff appreciates these young adults and wish them all the best in their future endeavors. Comments are closed.
