North Star Community CU MSR Receives Eagle Award!

​Minot Area Chamber of Commerce recognized Olivia Christmas for her outstanding customer service after she was nominated by a credit union member. 

Olivia Christmas, Member Service Rep at the Minot branch of North Star Community Credit Union (NSCCU) was recently surprised with a Minot Area Chamber of Commerce Eagle Award!
 
The Eagle Program recognizes workers in the Minot area who demonstrate superior customer service.  Olivia was nominated by a credit union member who said this about Olivia:
 
“Olivia is always helping customers with a smile. She helped me with a loan payoff issue I had been having with another financial institution. She knows her job and does it so well. I love getting her when I go to NSCCU. I would like to give Olivia this award today for helping to make my day better, even though I ended up keeping her past business hours. She never made me feel rushed, she did her job that day and made sure it was finished and completed, all with a smile. Thank you for your outstanding customer service to this community!”
