Mollie Bell Always Delivers!

​A Dakota favorite is returning for our New Ideas Conference to present “The Heart and Soul of Engagement.” 

Mollie Bell has been a crowd favorite at previous DakCU events, and we are bringing her back for this year’s New Ideas Conference because we know she always delivers! It’s no secret that her passion and expertise on engagement in the industry is what makes her so incredibly successful and sought after as a speaker and presenter. The insights she can provide based on her own experiences are both vast and valuable!

Mollie joined Ent Credit Union in December 2018 as Chief Development Officer, where she leads people and culture strategy for the credit union, encompassing human resources, Ent University, internal communications, and community impact. She has worked on behalf of credit unions since 2007, with an impressive resume including executive positions at Credit Union National Association, Filene Research Institute, and CUNA Mutual Group. She works extensively with industry organizations as a thought leader for transformation, leadership development, culture, and growth strategies.

While this conference is primarily focused on innovation, leadership, and marketing, if we don’t approach these things with passion, and most importantly, with full engagement, how will we succeed?
