Legislative Update with Jay Kruse

1/4/2023

It’s time to register for our South Dakota Credit Union Legislative Day! Plus, Jay is the special guest on Voyage FCU’s “Tips for Change” Podcast.
Good Morning and Happy New Year!

What better way to kick off 2023 than with a historic snowstorm! If your new year’s resolution was to start working out, digging out of 20+ inches of snow is a great way to kick off the ol’ exercise regime. Trust me, I know from experience! Maybe you aren’t the new year’s resolution type, but the new year provides a great opportunity to reflect on the past and determine which parts of our lives could use a bit of a reset.

If you are looking for some ways to improve your lifestyle, Voyage FCU’s Tips for Change Podcast has you covered! I was fortunate enough to sit down with the host, the very talented Tiffany Mutchler, to discuss the importance of being involved in local politics and to share a few tips on how members can get more involved!

Check out the full episode here: Tips for Change Podcast #27: A Lobbyist’s Role in Politics with Dakota Credit Union Association’s Jay Kruse.

Tiffany and the Tips for Change Podcast has covered a wide range of topics over the past year including Investing in Your Small Business with Jodi Schwan, Discussing Estate Planning with Attorney Sam Briese, and Starting and Scaling a Business with Col Weller, just to name a few. I really appreciate the opportunity to join Tiffany on the Podcast and suggest that you all check it out and subscribe.
