Bo found his creative voice (literally) behind the mic as a radio DJ in Upstate New York. He has used his unique view on the financial world to create the go-to firm for community financial institutions looking to venture outside their comfort zones. Through a process of trial and error, Bo founded Your Marketing Co (YMC) just over a decade ago and has enjoyed continued growth since then. His experiences at YMC have been defined by industry-disrupting ideas, a whole lot of laughs, and a creative boom in credit union marketing!
He is a captivating presenter who will keep your attention from start to finish as he shares his thoughts on How to Compete and Win Against ANY Competitor. As Bo likes to say, “There are endless reasons why it is tough to compete – but even more reasons why you should!” He continues, “I want credit unions to have an understanding that the problem they think is the problem may not be the actual problem. I want them to think of their obstacles differently, in a way that allows them to go back and try a different approach.”
As a dedicated leader and student of office culture, Bo has created a unique environment at YMC that focuses on interdepartmental connections and advancement. He even introduced a program that trains people within the company in business leadership, project management, and individual growth – skills every credit union desires and strives to achieve!
