Hiring More Staff on Your "To Do" List?

DakCU’s Marketing Director Lindsey Hefta has some turn-key customizable graphics for credit unions seeking to fill job vacancies in the Dakotas.
While I have worked in the financial services industry for several years, I was new to credit unions when I started at Dakota Credit Union Association in the fall of 2021. Obviously, coming from the banking world, I posed the question “What IS the big difference between banks and credit unions?”

Very quickly, I learned all about the “#CUDifference.”

That “difference” is what makes credit unions one-of-a-kind financial service providers and sets credit unions apart. It is the people helping people philosophy… behind an even bigger philosophy… not for profit, not for charity, but for service.

Credit unions, as you are well aware of (and me too by now), are committed to their members. They exist to help people of all income levels. They are advancing communities one person at a time. Their goal is to serve their members… and to serve them well.

And guess what? YOU are doing a great job. But, guess what once again? Your association is here to help!
Sometimes finding the right candidate(s) for your open position(s) can be tricky – as well as time consuming. Competing against other businesses in this employee-driven marketplace can be frustrating. Plus, if your credit union is in a state of hiring, you may not even have the time or a graphic design person to create eye-catching images to go along with those “now hiring” posts.

Therefore, I have created a variety of social media graphics for you to use in your ads, social media posts, or anywhere you want to publish! Simply add your logo to any of the assets below in a vector or png format and away you go!

If you need additional graphic design assistance, such as resizing or reformatting any of these canned designs, please reach out to me and let me know how I can assist you in your credit union’s mission. We are here to help you succeed! Contact Lindsey at lhefta@dakcu.org or 701.250.3968
