First Community Credit Union (FCCU) is proud to announce for the fourth year in a row they were selected as a recipient of the Bismarck-Mandan YP Network Top 10 Young Professional Workplaces Award. With a large number of entries, FCCU was awarded and recognized for this honor at the Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals Celebration and Annual Meeting.
The Top 10 Young Professional Workplaces Award, created in 2007, recognizes local businesses committed to recruiting and retaining talented young professionals. Businesses are evaluated for employing young professionals under the age of 40 and also by their benefits, inclusion and professional development. FCCU was chosen as a recipient based on several things that made them stand out amongst the rest:
“We’re honored to receive this award,” said Amie Aesoph, Chief Human Resources Manager. “We take pride in our culture and values here at FCCU and for us to be recognized for this is humbling.” Photo L to R: Keyera Papka, Financial Services Officer; Zack Dosch, VP Bismarck Market, Katie Nehl, Communications Manager and Tanner Lunzman, Marketing Specialist accepting the Top 10 Award.
