First Community Credit Union (FCCU) is proud to announce their new location in Mandan is now open at 4614 Memorial Highway, Mandan. This new facility is just over 20,689 total square feet, three stories high, constructed of structural steel and sits on 1.58 acres. With a maximum occupancy of 330 people, this building features an open atrium lobby, multiple conference rooms, safety deposit box room, 14 offices, a large breakroom with a full kitchen and walk out open patio, three drive-up lanes and a drive-up ATM. This new Mandan branch will also have tenants and a 1,336 square foot community room, open for the public, with an occupancy of 89 people. “We’re excited to be a part of Mandan and we look forward to all that is to come,” said Zack Dosch, VP of the Bismarck Market.
The new location expands First Community Credit Union across the Missouri River for the first time and will provide more exciting opportunities for FCCU in a new community.
