The iLead@11 DakCU Emerging Leader Program is a leadership development program designed specifically for emerging leaders in the credit union industry. This is a proven valuable training tool for developing and strengthening your organization’s leadership bench. The program features three pillars of self-paced study:

For 2024, in-person sessions are sold out; however, you may still register for the virtual option. During the week-long program, you can expect to be transformed with the culture, strategy, outreach, and impact of the credit union movement, not to mention, gaining the highly coveted and prestigious CUDE designation! One applicant will be selected from each state, North Dakota and South Dakota, to receive a $2,000 scholarship. The first step is to register, then apply for a Foundation Scholarship.
