Deb is Retiring; We are Hiring!
Due to the upcoming retirement of Deb Kruckenberg, the Dakota Credit Union Association is seeking a highly organized, detail orientated individual to join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant in our Bismarck, North Dakota office. The chosen person will have the opportunity to train with Deb for several weeks before her retirement in August.
This position is responsible for providing general administrative support primarily for our executive team and will support all staff as needed. Primary duties include managing our membership database, including basic accounting, assisting with conference and meeting logistics, administrative support for our foundation, and assisting with our awards and recognition program, in addition to daily routine office duties.
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with all members of our team but will also function independently while handling projects and deadlines. As such, a self-motivated individual that enjoys a fast-paced environment will enjoy the opportunity to use their organization skills to keep staff and our office operating smoothly!
Helpful skills and experience:
Full-time position, typically Monday – Friday, eight-hour day with occasional changes to schedule due to meetings and conferences. Paid vacation/sick leave, health, dental, and vision insurance offered. 401(k) plan with employer contribution and match offered.
Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) is the professional financial trade association serving 58 credit unions across the states of North and South Dakota. Dakota Credit Union Association’s main office is in Bismarck, ND, but we also have staff members in South Dakota and Minnesota. Currently, there are eight full-time staff including the administrative assistant position.
