Ag/Commercial Lending Manager Opportunity in Montana
Due to a retirement, Richland Federal Credit Union in Sidney, Montana is seeking an Ag/Commercial Lending Manager. The person in this position is responsible for loan portfolio growth and directing the activities of the credit union's ag/commercial loan officers. They will oversee and monitor the ag/commercial loan portfolio and ensure that all lending activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and are delivered professionally and efficiently. They will also train, coordinate, supervise, and appraise the ag/commercial loan officers. These responsibilities require frequent interaction with the credit union's CEO, retail lending manager, and regional managers. Workshop 2023 with National CU Foundation
Workshop 2023 is an immersive learning event led by the National Credit Union Foundation. It builds from the framework of the Foundation’s signature Development Education (DE) Program to help credit union leaders understand how they can better reach, engage and serve Hispanic communities to achieve long-term growth and success. This directly ties into financial well-being for all in that it helps attendees think about their member demographics and to learn the steps all credit unions can take to better serve Hispanic communities across the country. Leadership Development – Work at Your Own Pace
Our iLead@11 DakCU Emerging Leader Program is designed specifically for emerging leaders in the credit union industry, based on the popular Leadership@11 program designed by Eleven Performance Group. It is an ongoing program that allows participants to start whenever they want and determine their own pace. Scholarships are available through Dakota Credit Union Foundation by completing the application form found here.
