Joey Rotert Named to 2024 Class of Leadership South Dakota Black Hills Federal Credit Union’s VP Eastern Market, Joey Rotert, was recently named to the 2024 Class of Leadership South Dakota. Leadership South Dakota’s mission is to connect leaders from across the state who will invest in themselves, engage communities, and elevate South Dakota. This vision speaks directly to Rotert’s personal and professional goals. Early in his career, he recognized his passion for development, community, and relationship building. Born and raised in Salem, South Dakota, Rotert started his career in the South but quickly found his way back to his roots in the form of a Sioux Falls job opportunity. His role also allows him to deepen BHFCU’s culture in communities like Pierre, Cheyenne River, and Sioux Falls by offering the best services and experience for members and non-members alike. When he’s not working to better his communities, Rotert enjoys spending time with his family, including chasing his two daughters, Maci and Haylee, to their sporting events. When the kid’s schedule slows, he and his wife, Jackie, love hitting the golf course, pursuing wildlife across the state, and cruising in their ranger.
