Black Hills FCU Business Lender Named SD Development Corps Lender of the Month The South Dakota Development Corporation (SDDC) has recognized Mike Burdy, Senior Business Lender at Black Hills Federal Credit Union (BHFCU) as their Lender of the Month for August. The SDDC is one of four certified development companies in the state helping facilitate the SBA 504 program. This program allows South Dakota business owners to make large purchases with lower down payments, many times assisting in moving from renting a space to buying and owning their own building. Simply put, BHFCU and the SDDC help business owners achieve their goals. Mike is a born and raised South Dakotan hailing from Aberdeen. He has been in financial services for over a decade and is nearing his five-year anniversary with BHFCU. Mike joined the credit union movement to grow professionally and focus on the business and commercial side of lending. When he’s not working for his community, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, including his two little girls, and getting his swings in at the golf course. Congratulations and continued success to Mike and BHFCU! Pictured below L to R: Mike Murdy, BHFCU Senior Business Lender; and Brad Jankord, SDDC Vice President of Lending.
