North Central Chapter brings patriotism to their meeting with flag folding demonstration.  Plus, looking for our next GAC Crashers, and career opportunities at several credit unions.
Excellent Turnout at North Central Chapter Meeting
There was excellent attendance at the North Central Chapter Meeting that was held at the Elks Lodge in Devils Lake on October 19.  With attendees from Community CU, North Star Community CU, and First Community CU, there were 25 employees and volunteers in house to watch the special guests, the VFW Honor Guard and VFW Auxiliary from Devils Lake, with their flag folding presentations. There is a significant meaning behind each of the 13 folds during a flag folding ceremony, which was explained during the presentation.  “What a moving piece of patriotism and American history,” stated Tiffani Crist, Financial Service Rep from First Community CU, who also provided the photos and the recap from the evening.
