Vice President of Asset Protection - to take over for a retiring long-term team member. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work with members to build collection solutions to both assist the members and help RCU avoid credit losses.  

Credit Analyst - Due to the credit union’s continued growth in business lending, a new career opportunity is available. This position will require lending experience with the successful candidate being detail orientated with a strong ability to multi-task various duties.

Discovery2023 Virtual Conference
TruStage business resources (formerly CUNA Mutual Group) will be holding Discovery2023 – an annual complimentary virtual conference – on Thursday, August 10, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (CT) with sessions running throughout the day, concluding at 4:00 p.m. (CT). Workshop 2023 with National CU Foundation
Workshop 2023 is an immersive learning event led by the National Credit Union Foundation. It builds from the framework of the Foundation’s signature Development Education (DE) Program to help credit union leaders understand how they can better reach, engage and serve Hispanic communities to achieve long-term growth and success. This directly ties into financial well-being for all in that it helps attendees think about their member demographics and to learn the steps all credit unions can take to better serve Hispanic communities across the country. Leadership Development – Work at Your Own Pace
Our iLead@11 DakCU Emerging Leader Program is designed specifically for emerging leaders in the credit union industry, based on the popular Leadership@11 program designed by Eleven Performance Group. It is an ongoing program that allows participants to start whenever they want and determine their own pace. Scholarships are available through Dakota Credit Union Foundation by completing the application form found here.
