Award Winning Keynotes Announced!

2/3/2021

The 2021 CUNA GAC is easier than ever to join! Find out who’s on deck to entertain and inform you during this year’s virtual event.
If you have been waiting for the right time to attend the CUNA GAC, it won’t get any more convenient than the 2021 event scheduled for March 2 – 4, 2021. With a virtual format AND a greatly reduced registration rate, more credit union advocates than ever before will be able to experience the biggest credit union event of the year!

Exciting Keynote Speakers!
In addition to Kevin Carroll, CUNA has announced Soledad O’Brien, award-winning journalist, speaker, and author as a keynote speaker. O’Brien has had national impact with her books and speeches, on the nation’s op-ed pages, and social media, particularly Twitter where she has over 1 million followers. O’Brien currently anchors and produces the Hearst Television political magazine program Matter of Fact with Soledad O’Brien.

Scott Gottlieb, M.D., who served as commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and was named as “Most Influential Physician Executive and Leader” in 2018, 2019, and 2020 by Modern Healthcare, is also on deck!

Antonio Neves, well-known author of four books including, Stop Living On Autopilot: Take Responsibility for Your Life and Rediscover a Bolder, Happier You has also been confirmed to appear. His previous speaking audiences have included Google, Amazon, and Starwood Resorts Worldwide.

AND just announced yesterday: H.R. McMaster, former U.S. National Security Advisor will share his thoughts on effective leadership in times of peril. McMaster is a widely respected scholar, soldier and statesman, who will draw on his vast experience to illustrate how teamwork can drive effective strategy and foster loyalty.

Choose From “Hot Topic” Breakout Sessions.
Last week, CUNA also announced the impressive lineup of breakout sessions featuring a range of hot topics, including:
  • The Economic Outlook & Credit Union Operations
  • Navigating the Compliance & Litigation Minefield
  • The Road to Real-Time Payments: How Fast is Fast Enough?
  • Why It Matters: How DEI Strengthens Your Credit Union and Improves Advocacy
  • Current Regulatory Landscape and Future Outlook

Never More Convenient!
The Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is the most influential financial services trade association and the only national association that advocates on behalf of all of America's credit unions. The CUNA GAC offers opportunities you won’t find anywhere else! Even when it’s held in Washington, DC, this meeting gathers more than 5,000 credit union professionals annually to network, advocate on behalf of members, and experience world-class presenters. Because of the special circumstances this year has presented, you can attend without paying for airfare and hotel fees, right from the comfort of your own office!

Never More Affordable.
The 2021 CUNA GAC is being offered at a greatly reduced registration rate of just $445 per attendee. Plus, if your credit union has less than $50M in assets, the price drops to just $295 per person, or if you send four or more employees, the registration also drops to just $295 per person! This is also a great opportunity to engage your emerging leaders at the national level while mentoring their developing careers.
