Announcing the Dakota Chapter of the Year!

​Congratulations to the Red River Chapter of the Fargo, ND area for their commitment to the “people helping people” philosophy. 

Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) is pleased to announce that the Red River Chapter of the Fargo, ND area, received the Chapter of the Year honor during the DakCU Annual Summit Awards Banquet that was recently held at the Holiday Inn – Rushmore Plaza in Rapid City, South Dakota on May 11th, 2022.

The Chapter of the Year Award recognizes one credit union chapter in North or South Dakota for its outstanding achievements in advocacy, communication, education, and community involvement.
 
This year, the Red River Chapter was selected because of their strong commitment to the credit union philosophy of “people helping people.” This is demonstrated by the scholarships they provide to important credit union events, their engagement with the association, their activities that support the next generation of credit union leaders, and their commitment to supporting charitable causes in their community while raising awareness of credit unions.
