The Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) is the professional financial trade association serving 63 credit unions that employ nearly 2,400 individuals across the Dakotas. With more than 557,000 members in North and South Dakota, Dakota credit unions have assets in excess of $11.3 billion. *Dec 2024
America's Credit Unions estimates that Dakota credit unions provided over $75 million dollars in direct financial benefits to members across North and South Dakota during the twelve months ending March 2023. These benefits are equivalent to $159 per member or $333 per member household in South Dakota, and a $112 per member or $236 per member household in North Dakota. *March 2024
