Your Credit Union Volunteers Deserve Recognition!

Honor someone who has made a difference with the Volunteer of the Year Award! Nominations due January 9.

This prestigious award recognizes a credit union volunteer that has selflessly contributed time, effort, and talent to the development of the credit union movement in their state. In addition to their volunteer service at the credit union(s), nominees should have a record of leadership and involvement in credit union advocacy; demonstrated commitment to their community and volunteerism; continually and consistently promote the credit union difference; and dedication to the cooperative principles. Individuals who received this award within the past five years and employees of the association are not eligible to participate.

Dakota credit unions and many accomplished credit union professionals have gone above and beyond for our industry and deserve to be formally recognized. If you would like to nominate an individual for this award, follow the instructions in the Awards Packet. Deadline for submissions is January 9, 2026.
