By Western Cooperative Credit Union
Western Cooperative Credit Union (WCCU) is proud to announce the first installment of a $100,000 pledge to the Spring Lake Nature Center project in Williston, ND. This contribution will help fund two exciting initiatives a mobile outreach vehicle and the development of a permanent nature center at Spring Lake Park. The mobile outreach vehicle will bring hands-on, nature-based learning opportunities directly to schools, community events, and rural areas across Western North Dakota, ensuring that students and families have access to engaging environmental education no matter where they live. Meanwhile, the planned permanent nature center will serve as a vibrant community hub dedicated to fostering environmental stewardship, conservation awareness, and a deeper connection to the natural world. These initiatives align closely with the mission and values of WCCU. By investing in education, community development, and the preservation of our natural spaces, WCCU reaffirms its commitment to supporting members and strengthening the communities we proudly serve.
