Credit unions looking to build membership and strengthen member engagement can get valuable information during a free National Credit Union Administration webinar, How to Retain and Expand Membership. The session is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. (CT) on Thursday, August 22, and is expected to run one hour.

Topics will include:

• How to determine what products and services your members want;
• The various types of marketing you can use to increase member uptake; and
• Outreach strategies to grow and retain membership.

This webinar will be close captioned, and there is no charge. Participants will be able to log in and view the event on their computers or mobile devices using the registration link. They should allow pop-ups from this website.
