Relaxed Requirements: FinCEN Loosens BSA Regulations Surrounding CDD Requirements
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has released an order which changes the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements. The order was released in February. Fine out more here.
