Why You Should Register Now
The 2026 Roundtable agenda is tightly focused on the leadership and strategic issues credit unions are navigating right now. Pre-conference sessions kick off with deep dives into leadership mastery, modern board governance, and effective advocacy, featuring Rory Rowland and Jeff Rendel. These sessions are designed to deliver practical, actionable insight for executives and volunteer leaders who want to lead with confidence, elevate board performance, and communicate more effectively with policymakers.

Day two delivers critical industry perspective from President & CEO of America’s Credit Unions Scott Simpson,  followed by a forward-looking discussion on AI-driven growth and the evolving member experience. Breakout sessions allow executives and volunteers to engage directly in strategy-focused conversations - examining relevance, results, and the trends reshaping credit union success.

Then, the always-valued, roundtable discussions, offer candid, peer-driven dialogue on real-world challenges facing Midwest credit unions today.

The event concludes with Brandi Stankovic, sharing what’s working across the movement, from fintech and partnerships to CUSOs, while staying true to cooperative values.

Post-Conference Social Sponsored by Alloya
Wrap up the conference by sticking around for an optional post-conference social starting at 5:00 p.m. on the final day. Held on-site immediately following the closing session, this relaxed gathering is the perfect chance to continue the conversation and connect with peers.
The Roundtable continues to be a high-impact educational experience that strengthens leadership, sharpens board effectiveness, and fosters meaningful collaboration among regional credit union leaders.
