By Town and Country Credit Union Town & Country Credit Union (TCCU) is celebrating outstanding team members and continued community investment with several 2025 Employee Recognition Awards and a major donation to the Minot Soccer Association. This year, three Minot-area employees were honored for their leadership, service, and positive impact. Each received $150 in cash and $150 to donate to a nonprofit of their choice.
Two team members received the Heart of the Credit Union Award for exceptional behind-the-scenes contributions:
the Selection Committee introduced a new honor this year to recognize excellence within the Town & Country Insurance Agency. The inaugural TCIA Excellence Award was awarded to Denise Krebsbach, Insurance Coordinator, for her leadership and dedication during a year of significant transition. She selected the Ronald McDonald House of Bismarck for her charitable gift. TCCU also announced a $20,000 donation to the Minot Soccer Association to support its new indoor soccer complex, which will offer year-round training and recreation opportunities for players of all ages throughout the region.
