DakCU’s 2023 Summit Roger Heacock GAC-HTH Scholarship Fundraiser will once again be virtual, meaning you can participate from anywhere online in the Dakotas during this year’s Summit being held May 9-10 in Fargo, ND!
 
To maximize our efforts, there will be two options to participate through ClickBid: a Silent Auction and a Gift Card Raffle, both benefiting our Heacock HTH Scholarship fund.

Can your credit union help? 
 
The GAC auction has generated approximately $5,000 in revenue over the last several years. The funds are then used to provide financial assistance scholarships to members from North and South Dakota who attend the CUNA GAC Conference and other meetings, such as “Hike the Hill” events. Since 2008, 83 scholarships have been awarded for a total of $63,500!
 
We are asking each credit union to donate item(s) for the Silent auction.
To maintain our current level of assistance scholarships, we are asking that these items have a minimum retail value of $75 to $100, (or more).

• Tours or "Experiences"
• Signed Memorabilia
• Art
• Wine Packages
• Themed Gift Baskets
• Golf Items 
• Sports Events Tickets 
• Fishing Equipment
• Restaurant Gift Cards/Certificates 
• Retail Gift Cards 
• Cash Gift Cards
• Camping/Outdoor Items 
• Jewelry/Watches/Handbags
• Tech items – Apple, Bose, Samsung, etc.
• Cookware or Grilling Accessories

 
To properly promote these fundraisers to Summit attendees (and virtual non-attendees) we would like to publish the list of prizes ahead of the start of time on our ClickBid interactive site. Please submit your donation in advance using the easy form found following the link. If you are attending the Summit, don’t forget to bring your prize donation with you for us to display. If no one from your credit union is planning on attending this year’s Summit, we will contact you after the Summit to help deliver your donation to its winner. All bidders must be located in North or South Dakota to participate. Bidders must be 21 years of age or older to bid or purchase items which include alcohol.
