Golf fans attending the 2025 Summit spent Tuesday afternoon at the Rose Creek Golf course for DakCU’s Annual Golf Scramble, a traditional Summit recreational event. The scramble was at full capacity, with more than 90 credit union professionals, business partners, and guests, making up 23 unique teams. The Dakota Credit Union Foundation board volunteered to handle registration and add-on games. Mulligans, extend-a-putt, and a 50/50 drawing brought it over $2,000 all of which will go to our charitable foundation to support their mission of financial well-being for all. Rose Creek is a favorite of our credit union professionals and has been used for multiple DakCU events. Featuring a stellar driving range and breathtaking holes, the course is designed for intermediate to advanced golfers and features water hazards and bunkers on 16 of the 18 holes. This course challenges players, and with such gorgeous scenery and company, everyone who participated was clearly a winner! Here are the official results from the scramble:
Women’s Longest Drive – Amanda Renneke, Baker Group Men's Longest Drive – Sam Hermes, Velera Men's Closest to the Pin – Fran Sommerfeld, Levo Women's Closest to the Pin – April Tompkins, Explorers Longest Putt –Aaron Prochazka, Highmark Once again, thank you to all those who joined us on the course. We hope you enjoyed this networking opportunity, and your support of our annual outing is truly appreciated. On a side note, the Dakota Credit Union Foundation will hold their annual Golf Scramble on Wednesday, August 13 – at Rose Creek Golf Course in Fargo.
