Your Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) is excited to introduce the 2026 Annual Summit Crashers, 13 emerging credit union professionals who are crashing this year’s event and bringing fresh energy, perspective, and passion for the future of the movement. They’ll take part in all general sessions and exclusive Crasher programming led by April Ales during the Annual Meeting & Summit, May 12–14, building connections and diving deeper into the credit union industry along the way. This experience is made possible through the generous support of Millennium Corporate Credit Union, which is covering Summit registration for all selected Crashers and investing in the next generation of industry leaders. We’re also thrilled to welcome back April Ales as this year’s Crasher facilitator and mentor. With more than 20 years of experience in the credit union movement, April brings a national perspective and a passion for developing people, building relationships, and helping emerging leaders grow - making her the perfect guide for this year’s Crasher experience.
