Registration Opens Thursday for New Ideas

Registration opens this Thursday for these two back-to-back can't-miss events coming this September!

The wait is almost over! Registration for the Dakota Credit Union Association's (DakCU) highly anticipated 2026 New Ideas Conference officially opens this Thursday, July 9, and we encourage credit union professionals to secure their spot early.

Taking place September 23-24 at the The 701 Venue in Mandan, ND, New Ideas Conference continues to be one of DakCU's premier educational events, bringing together innovative thinkers, industry experts, and credit union professionals from across the Dakotas.

This year's conference will once again feature Christopher Lorence as facilitator and emcee, returning for his fourth New Ideas Conference after becoming a favorite among attendees for his engaging style and thought-provoking discussions!

Attendees can also look forward to presentations from Melissa Pomeroy, EVP and Chief Operating Officer of the Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA), and Matt Oakley, Chief Operating Officer of the Iowa Credit Union League and Affiliates Management Company. Additional speakers and session details will be announced soon.

New for 2026, DakCU is also planning a FinTech Showcase, providing attendees with the opportunity to explore innovative technologies, connect with solution providers, and discover new tools designed to help credit unions better serve their members and streamline operations.
