• Two-day Frontline Workshop: Any employee that opens new accounts, processes loans, or any employee that trains in these functions.
• Three-day Leadership Workshop: All senior leaders and leaders of a branch, lending or contact center.

Program Outline:

• The workshops are presented in daily sessions which run 10:30 am – 3:00 pm (CT) with a two-hour morning session, 30-minute lunch break, and a two-hour afternoon session.
• Two-day training covers Sales Mindset & Advanced Sales Processes and Skills. The Lender Sales Workshop is the first two days of the three-day Intensive Workshop. Just $499 for DakCU members. (Regularly priced $799.) ​
• Three day Sales Intensive Workshop includes all the above PLUS Transformational Leadership for Sales Coaches. Just $749 for DakCU members. (Regularly priced $1199.)
