  • Where: Bismarck, North Dakota
  • Focus: Emerging compliance risks, evolving fraud trends, payments innovation, regulatory updates, and practical strategies to strengthen your policies, procedures, and consumer protections.

North Dakota DFI Credit Union Summit
October 22 | Bismarck, ND
While you’re in Bismarck, plan to stay an extra day for the first-ever North Dakota DFI Credit Union Summit (formerly Day with the Commissioner). Hosted by the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions in collaboration with National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors (NASCUS), this in-person summit brings together regulators, executives, and industry thought leaders for focused, high-level discussions on the future of North Dakota’s credit union system.

Turning Policy into Protection: Partner Spotlight—AffirmX
Back home, delivering on those Hill priorities takes tools that catch risk early and keep compliance tight—here’s where AffirmX helps us turn policy into daily protection for members.

AffirmX is a cloud-based risk intelligence and compliance software platform, also offering services from experienced analysts, that help credit unions manage regulatory compliance and reduce risk. The patented platform uses a risk-based approach and a query-driven interface to provide solutions for vendor management, cybersecurity, fair lending, and other areas, aiming to save clients time, money, and resources while improving their alignment with policy, strategy, and regulation. Check us out here.

InfoSight360 update (free for DakCU affiliates)
InfoSight360—formerly InfoSight—is now available at no cost to all affiliated credit unions. It’s a single compliance research hub covering 14 core operational areas, with an AI Search that analyzes all available content to deliver complete, cited answers to compliance questions.

Inside the platform you’ll find plain-English summaries, checklists, and FAQs for federal and state requirements; a customizable dashboard; a compliance calendar; short training videos; direct links to statutes and regulations; and additional resources to keep staff and volunteers current.

Two integrated tools round out the suite. CU PolicyPro streamlines policy management with a full library of customizable model content plus workflows for drafting, review, approval, and distribution. RecoveryPro supports business continuity planning, guiding you through risk assessment, plan development, incident management, and recovery so operations can resume quickly when disruptions occur.

Access is straightforward. Each member credit union has a unique InfoSight360 URL, and user access is managed by your credit union’s system administrator. If you don’t know your URL, use the lookup tool here. If your credit union isn’t listed, complete a quick registration to be added. If you’re unsure of your credentials, use “Reset Password” on the login screen and follow the prompt to regain access.
