Their membership is limited to individuals who work in the medical field in Grand Forks County, ND and Polk County, MN, or those who are paid by medical providers located in Grand Forks County, ND and Polk County, MN.  This includes all doctors, medical staff, technicians, medical or nursing students, and all other individuals who work in the medical field in those specified geographic areas, as well as members of their immediate family or household.
