Marketing and Communication Awards

DakCU recognizes these credit unions on their public relations and communication efforts in three unique areas. 

Each year, the Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) recognizes achievements within our Dakota credit union community by presenting honors at the Awards Banquet during the Annual Meeting & Summit held earlier this month. This year, the following Dakota credit unions were recognized for their outstanding accomplishments in the areas of marketing and communication within two asset categories.
 
Complete Marketing Campaign. This award recognizes an outstanding marketing, advertising, public relations, or member outreach or promotion campaign.

• North Star Community CU, Maddock, ND ($126M and up)
• Sentinel FCU, Box Elder, SD ($126M and up) 

 
Social Media Campaign. This award recognizes a credit union’s use of one or more social networks as a campaign centerpiece.

Printed Marketing Campaign. This award recognizes print ads, magazines, newspapers, annual reports, and mailings that a credit union uses in any communications efforts.
