Compete, Contribute, Celebrate: Join in on DakCU’s Holiday Sweepstakes!
The Dakota Credit Union Association's 2024 Holiday Sweepstakes kicked off last week on October 28th! This event is not just a festive celebration but also a crucial fundraiser supporting our DakCUPAC/America's Credit Unions PAC funds across both states. The funds raised are distributed to pro-credit union candidates in their bids for office. Simply put, these funds ensure credit unions are involved in the political process, giving us a voice and a seat at the table. As an advocacy first organization, this is one of the fundamental reasons we exist.

Enter for a chance to WIN!
A total of 16 prizes will be awarded; this includes one (1) Grand Prize of $1,000 cash; five (5) $500 Visa gift cards; five (5) $200 Visa gift cards; and five (5) $100 Visa gift cards. 

For each $5.00 contribution, the individual receives one (1) entry into the sweepstakes drawing. No purchase or contribution is required to participate. Branch Showdown: Let’s Get the Competition Going!
You should have all received your Holiday Sweepstakes packages at your main branch by now. The packages have everything your team needs to kick things off some friendly competition! The rules, entry sheet, sweepstakes contribution forms, and a ballot box should all be included. Please make sure to distribute these materials to all your credit union’s branches, ensuring each location has what it needs to join in on the fun! Haven’t received your package or need more of any of the items listed above? You can simply reach out to Paige Langhoff.

Permission Agreements
We are asking each credit union that has a current America’s Credit Unions PAC signed permission agreement on file to participate in this important event. The Sweepstakes opened on October 28 and concludes on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (CT). The prize drawing will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. (CT). If you would like to participate and do not have a signed permission agreement, please have your CEO reach out to me to discuss getting those signed and updated.

Contributions to DakCUPAC/America’s Credit Unions PAC are not tax deductible. All contributions are voluntary and will be used for political purposes. You have the right to refuse to contribute without any reprisal. This guideline is merely a suggestion; individuals are free to contribute more or less than the suggested amount. America’s Credit Unions and Dakota Credit Union Association (DakCU) will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount contributed or decision not to contribute.
