Kalli Schell, President/CEO of Town & Country Credit Union, has been recognized as one of Prairie Business Magazine's Top 25 Women in Business for 2025. Originally from Watford City, Kalli has worked for Town & Country Credit Union for 25 years. She has served in leadership roles for most of her career before being named CEO in July 2024. Under her leadership, the credit union has thrived, marked by continuous growth and innovation. Kalli has fostered a culture of collaboration, emphasizing accountability and building trust to drive collective success. Her proven ability to empower her employees and a strong focus on mentorship have inspired many, especially women, to pursue leadership roles and achieve their professional aspirations.
