Discover overlooked InfoSight360 tools and features designed to save time, streamline compliance research, improve organization, and help your credit union stay ahead of regulatory requirements.
By InfoSight360
Most users have their favorite areas of InfoSight360, but some of the platform's most helpful tools aren't always the ones people use every day. These built-in tools may not always be the most visible features in InfoSight360, but they can have a meaningful impact on your productivity, awareness, and overall user experience. Take a few minutes to explore these hidden gems and discover new ways to take advantage of all InfoSight360 has to offer!

These often-overlooked features can make managing and maintaining your content easier than ever.
  1. Restore Deleted Content. Accidentally deleted a policy, procedure, or BCP section? Instead of recreating it from scratch, restore deleted content directly from the Archives area. It's a simple way to recover information and save valuable time.
  2. Compare Model and Custom Content. Quickly see the differences between your custom content and the latest model content. Compare changes side-by-side, review updates more efficiently, and decide what should be incorporated into your organization's content.
  3. Lock for Editing. Prevent editing conflicts by locking content while you're making updates or waiting for approval. Add a note explaining why the content is locked and receive a notification if another user unlocks it to make changes.
  4. Redlines. Easily see what has changed before publishing. Redlines highlight additions, deletions, and edits, making it easier to review revisions, verify updates, and maintain a clear audit trail. Accept or reject changes as needed.
  5. Content Labels. Organize content in a way that makes sense for your institution. Whether you use chapters, sections, books, policies, procedures, forms, or appendices, custom labels help identify content more clearly and make it easier to navigate.
  6. Custom Date Fields. Need to track more than Reviewed, Revised, or Board Approved dates? Create custom date fields to monitor review schedules, audits, regulatory deadlines, or other important compliance activities.
  7. Default Font Selection. Create a more consistent experience across your organization by selecting a preferred default font. Your chosen font will automatically be applied in the editor, printouts, and published content unless a different font has been intentionally assigned.

Most compliance professionals don't need more information. They need faster answers, better organization, and practical tools that help them stay ahead of regulatory requirements.

  1. A-Z Listing. The A-Z Listing helps you quickly locate compliance information without having to know where a topic is housed. Instead of clicking through multiple sections, you can go directly to the information you need, reducing search time and eliminating guesswork.
  2. Advertising Checklists. Reduce the risk of missed disclosures and advertising violations. These checklists are practical review tools help credit unions evaluate advertisements, signage, and marketing materials more consistently, giving staff greater confidence that important compliance requirements have been addressed.
  3. State-Specific Comparisons. Comparing state requirements manually can be time-consuming and overlooking important distinctions is a risk you can’t afford to take. The State Comparison feature allows users to view requirements side-by-side, making it easy to identify differences, support multi-state operations, and quickly understand how regulations vary from one state to another.
  4. Compliance Calendar. Stay ahead of regulatory deadlines instead of reacting to them. The Compliance Calendar brings important effective dates, reporting requirements, training opportunities, and more into a single view, helping your team plan ahead and avoid missing important deadlines.
  5. FAQs. Get answers in minutes, not hours. With more than 850 frequently asked questions, users can quickly find practical guidance on common compliance issues and often discover related resources that provide additional context when deeper research is needed.
  6. Related Content Links. Compliance research rarely fits neatly into a single topic. Related Content links help users see the bigger picture by connecting relevant resources across InfoSight360, including related InfoSight topics, CU PolicyPro model policies, and RecoveryPro content.
  7. State-Specific Guidance. Federal requirements are only part of the compliance picture. InfoSight provides state-specific guidance for all 50 states and Washington, D.C., helping credit unions confidently understand the unique requirements that apply to their institution, members, and operations in all locations.
  8. Compliance Videos. Keep learning convenient and accessible. Short, focused compliance videos provide timely education on regulatory developments and key topics, making it easier for staff and board members to stay informed without dedicating hours to research or training.
  9. Assignments. Move from information to action. Assignments allow managers and administrators to delegate reviews, research, and compliance-related tasks directly within the platform, improving accountability, training staff and volunteers, documenting completion, and helping ensure critical activities and don't fall through the cracks.
  10. AI-Enhanced Search. Spend less time searching and more time solving problems. AI-enhanced search allows users to ask compliance questions in plain language and receive comprehensive answers drawn from trusted content across the InfoSight360 platform. By bringing together information from multiple resources in seconds, AI helps users find the guidance they need faster and with greater confidence.
